This regulatory reform in the telecommunications sector, scheduled for next year, was not foreseen. The Minister explained that all partners in the telecommunications sector are making significant, voluntary efforts to lower internet prices and improve access to telecommunications services, without waiting for regulatory guidelines to be established.
