Gabriel Semelas has been appointed president of Airbus in Africa and the Middle East, effective January 1, 2025. Gabriel Semelas brings over 24 years of experience in senior management positions within the aerospace industry. After serving as the Chief Commercial and Financial Officer at Eurofighter in Germany, he is returning to Airbus. He was previously in charge of the Contracts team for Airbus’s commercial division in Africa and the Middle East.
