Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels has announced the appointment of Stéphane Poupinel de Valencé as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective July 1, 2023. He succeeds Gilbert Espitalier-Noël, who has steered the Group’s direction over the past eight years.
With a profound understanding of Beachcomber, Poupinel de Valencé has been an integral part of the organization since 2018, initially serving as the Chief Real Estate & Construction Officer. His contributions to strategic decision-making as a member of the Executive Committee (ComEx) have been instrumental in shaping Beachcomber’s trajectory in recent years.
Poupinel de Valencé’s leadership was particularly evident in his pivotal role in the establishment and listing of Semaris, a company specializing in real estate development. His academic background includes a BCom in Marketing and Management from Curtin University, Australia, and an MBA from the Sorbonne/Paris-Dauphine universities.
