Julien Dramou is appointed CEO of the Société Guinéenne de Palmiers et d’Hévéas (SOGUIPAH) in Guinea by presidential decree published on Monday, March 3, 2025.
Prior to this appointment, Dramou had been serving as advisor in charge of economic analysis at the Ministry of Transport since March 2023. With expertise in management and auditing, the new CEO also worked as a consultant director in audit and internal control at Transco S.A and PM S.A from 2016 to 2023, as well as a senior advisor at Sacogex since June 2021.
At the head of SOGUIPAH, Julien Dramou will have to take on several challenges, including the payment of planters’ wage arrears, the compensation of retirees and the improvement of road infrastructure. He will also have the difficult task of pacifying the social climate and optimizing the management of the company’s resources.
