Rajaa Kantaoui has been appointed Director of Government Affairs for Africa at Siemens Healthcare. With over 17 years of experience, she joins Siemens Healthineers, a global leader in healthcare, with recognized expertise in public affairs and crisis management in sensitive industries.

Prior to this appointment, Rajaa Kantaoui held strategic positions at Bayer, where she led communications and public affairs for North Africa, Central Africa, and the Middle East. As a member of the Executive Committee, she contributed to the creation of this department and led initiatives in marketing, sustainability, and external relations. The Director has also worked for several renowned Moroccan, British, and French multinationals, advocating for critical causes such as women’s empowerment and access to healthcare.

In his new role at Siemens Healthcare, Kantaoui will be responsible for managing relationships with government entities and stakeholders in Africa, with a focus on developing public-private partnerships in strategic areas such as digital health and artificial intelligence. His work will support the healthcare system in Morocco, Siemens’ main hub for Africa, and strengthen the capacity of partner institutions.
