Nadia Azale has been appointed as the General Manager for the North Africa-Sahel-West Coast Africa region at Air France-KLM. According to a statement from the French airline, her role will cover 12 countries, including Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Burkina Faso, Gambia, Guinea, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Senegal, and Sierra Leone.
Azale’s appointment strengthens Air France-KLM’s presence in the region, supporting the establishment of direct relationships with customers and partners while addressing specific market demands, the statement noted.
Nadia Azale began her career with Air France in 2005, working at the company’s Hub Center. She later joined the commercial department, where she handled pricing and distribution for Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. Her career subsequently took her abroad as Commercial Director in Casablanca, then as Head of Sales in Italy. Upon her return to Paris, Azale joined the distribution department, where she helped shape Air France-KLM’s strategy.
