Khaoula Ramdi takes over as head of Atlas Capital Private Equity

Khaoula Ramdi has been appointed Director of Atlas Capital Private Equity (ACPE), the new private equity subsidiary of the Atlas Capital Group in Morocco. After two years at the helm of Upline Investments, a subsidiary of Banque Populaire, Ramdi joins this new venture as part of the group’s strategic development, which is awaiting AMMC approval to manage OPCCs.

During her tenure at Upline Investments, the new Director oversaw a portfolio of 85 million USD in assets under management, acquiring solid expertise in fund management and private equity. Building on this experience, she is now tackling a new ambitious challenge: raising MAD 1 billion in ACPE’s first fundraising campaign.

The rapidly expanding Moroccan private equity market is attracting more and more national players. Under the leadership of Rachid Marrakchi, the firm intends to play a key role in this sector. Ramdi’s international experience, acquired at Investisseurs & Partenaires in France and Sarona Asset Management in Canada, constitutes a major asset for the success of this new branch of the group.
