During the renewal of the board of directors and the election of the new executive committee, the Moroccan Foundation for Education for Employment (EFE-Morocco) announces the appointment of Laila Slassi Sennou as president.

« During its General Assembly, EFE-Morocco updated its board of directors and appointed a new executive committee, with Ms. Slassi taking the presidency as the new president », the foundation said in a statement. According to the same source, Slassi, who had been serving as a board member since 2019 and vice president during the previous term, was elected president for a three-year term, from January 2025 to January 2027.

Additionally, Soraya Sebti, who has been involved with the foundation’s board of directors for several years, will serve as vice president. The new president succeeds Amine Berrada Sounni, who has been recognized for his dedication and commitment to the EFE mission, as well as for his remarkable achievements during his presidential term.

During the handover, Berrada expressed his gratitude to the directors for their trust. « I am pleased and honored by the work accomplished, confident that under the presidency of Ms. Slassi and the vice-presidency of Ms. Sebti, EFE-Morocco will continue its relentless fight against the scourge of youth unemployment », he said, according to the statement.
