Contemporary and flexible learning environment
With the support of USAID and UNDP, a state-of-the-art training room has been established at the Sambava Finance Office in the Sava region.
This initiative aims to enhance local governance skills and elevate the quality of public services. The National Institute of Decentralization and Local Development (INDDL) now boasts a training room equipped with twenty-five desktop computers, a laptop, a printer, a projector, a projection screen, and audio equipment. Additionally, it is outfitted for video conferencing and online courses, providing a modern and adaptable learning space.
This initiative addresses the evolving demands of the professional landscape and aims to prepare future leaders effectively. Through this contribution, USAID and UNDP seek to enhance the quality of services delivered by Decentralized Territorial Communities (CTD) and Decentralized Technical Services (STD). Civil servants and local authorities can utilize the high-tech training room to acquire vital technical skills, fostering more efficient and transparent governance practices.
