In the same dynamic, Madagascar is among the four countries in the world with a negative carbon balance. This asset gives it a strategic role in the fight against climate change. At the CoP29 climate meeting, the country joins the G-Zero coalition, reaffirming its commitment to sustainable and resilient development. This initiative is a continuation of the efforts undertaken and reinforces the country’s visibility in global environmental governance.
