Encouraging intellectual exchanges between lawyers
The Henri Capitant association is hosting the International Malagasy Days from June 3 to 5. The event will include a workshop for more than 180 legal experts focused on land and land ownership.
The workshop focuses on sustainable and economic land exploitation and development. Philippe Dupichot, President of the Henri Capitant Association, explains that over three days, participants will consider the best ways to utilize this opportunity for the benefit of society as a whole.
According to the association’s president, 22 countries are represented, and discussions focus on « The different powers of an owner over his land, the different ways of proving his ownership, and the different ways of financing his acquisition in the current context ».
As for the Henri Capitant Association, it encourages intellectual and friendly exchanges between jurists of all origins. Philippe Dupichot declares that he hopes for legal and economic consequences, as well as the expansion of academic exchanges to foster the excellence of Malagasy students.
