The program is designed to prepare leaders to effectively navigate the next stage of growth for their businesses. An information session about this transformative program was held at the Hotel Carlton Antananarivo on April 18, 2024, in the presence of enthusiastic participants.

The program is aimed at managers of small and medium-sized businesses with annual sales between 300,000 and 15 million USD, focuses on job creation potential and its influence on the community. Training will be provided by renowned Stanford University professors, as well as by specialized Stanford Seed teams who will visit companies directly to run workshops and working sessions.

To access this luxury program, participants must pay a 9,000 USD participation fee. In addition to learning, participants will also have the chance to join a wide network of entrepreneurs in Africa and South Asia.
