National school of administration : 17 new civil administrators sworn in

Innovating the country’s administration

Seventeen new civil administrators from the National School of Administration of Madagascar (ENAM) took their oath on July 19 before the Supreme Court in Anosy.

The graduating class, named « Mahomby », includes 17 administrators who are now officially inducted into service. The President of the National Assembly, Justin Tokely, himself a civil administrator, attended the ceremony, along with Dama Andrianarisedo, President of CENI Madagascar, and Army General Andry Rakotondrazaka, the Minister Delegate in charge of the National Gendarmerie, who co-sponsored the Mahomby class. The class is led by Hanitra Fitiavana Razakaboana, the overseeing Minister.

With their official induction and oath-taking, these new civil administrators are committed to advancing the country’s administration. To achieve this, modernization efforts will improve recruitment policies to ensure a better match between skills and positions. These new administrators will be welcomed into the large family of civil administrators, a profession currently facing a personnel shortage. After taking their oath, they will be assigned across the country to serve the state.
