Enhancing business processes

Through the Lean Management program, over 600 Malagasy artisans have engaged in an ambitious initiative to upgrade their skills.

This initiative is a collaboration between ACPE, dedicated to operational excellence, and the Ministry of Tourism and the Arts. The measures focus on optimizing production processes, increasing efficiency, enhancing market competitiveness, and developing essential leadership and management skills.

ACPE specializes in employee management and leadership to maximize performance. The group adopts a process improvement approach, systematically eliminating waste, particularly elements that do not add value to the final product or service.

Karine Razafindrakoto, Deputy General Manager of ACPE, stated, « Malagasy artisans can no longer rely solely on their talent to survive in an increasingly competitive business environment ». To generate added value and distinguish themselves, they must adopt more organized and optimized methods. This is where Lean Management comes into play.
