Promoting skill acquisition
The 8th edition of the Carrefour de la Formation des Métiers et de l’Emploi (CFME) will be organized by the Alliance Française of Antananarivo (AFT) from August 6 to 10 at its premises in Andavamamba.
This event aims to guide Malagasy youth towards promising academic and professional paths, promoting skill acquisition and integration into the workforce. During these five days, the public is invited to attend conferences and sharing workshops. Express interviews, CV collection, and exhibition stands will be specifically held on August 9 and 10, with about forty exhibitors.
Visitors will have the opportunity to meet professionals, recruiters, and representatives from educational institutions. This year, the CFME introduces a new feature with the innovation contest titled « My Innovative Project ». The goal is to encourage young people to turn their ideas into concrete solutions to social problems. Participants can win a check for 175 USD, benefit from training sessions, and gain access to online equipment.
