195 graduates honored for their academic achievements
The Seychelles School of Business Studies (SBSA) held a graduation ceremony on March 21 at the International Conference Centre of Seychelles (ICCS). The event brought together officials, faculty, families, and students to celebrate the achievements of 195 graduates.
Among them, 146 pursued full-time programs in various fields: business management and administration, accounting and finance, human resources management, and administrative skills. Forty-six students particularly distinguished themselves by completing their studies with honors.
During her speech, SBSA Director Josianne Bristol congratulated the students for their commitment and perseverance. Special awards were presented to recognize the best results and outstanding performance. The President’s Cup was awarded to Carlos Payet for his exemplary academic achievement, while Laura Ally received the Academy’s Medal of Excellence.
Alumnus and Board Member Darrel Antat delivered an inspiring message, encouraging the graduates to believe in their abilities and seize the opportunities available to them. The ceremony was attended by President Wavel Ramkalawan and First Lady Linda Ramkalawan, as well as several members of the government.
