Laurent Sablé has been appointed partner of the pan-African firm URITI, founded in 2022 by Kenza Bounjou. With 30 years of experience working for major organizations, this recognized expert in M&A, private equity, corporate, and international arbitration joins the firm at a strategic moment in its expansion.

URITI, which specializes in Banking and Finance, Project Development, and Corporate M&A, is opening an office in Paris on this occasion, marking its entry into the French market. This expansion aims to strengthen economic bridges between Africa and Europe, while offering clients tailored support rooted in local realities.

Laurent Sablé will play a key role in developing the firm’s international litigation and arbitration practice, while strengthening the firm’s relationships with its European and African clients. “After many successful years working alongside remarkable partners, I am delighted to partner with Kenza Bounjou to pursue an ambitious pan-African vision,” he said.
