Measures to support the growth of local businesses

Between 2025 and 2026, Mayotte will benefit from a total of 2.94 million EUR in funding under the France 2030 plan.

This joint initiative between the State and the Department of Mayotte aims to support innovative local projects, with a particular focus on accelerating economic growth and developing strategic sectors.

The France 2030 plan, with a national budget of 54 billion EUR, aims to finance innovative projects, their industrialization, as well as research and training. A specific component, “Regionalized France 2030,” highlights the needs of the territories and provides for an investment of 500 million EUR, with local participation.

In Mayotte, three measures have been implemented to support local businesses and projects. The first concerns innovation, aimed at accelerating the competitiveness of emerging companies. The second focuses on strengthening strategic sectors, essential to the local economy. Finally, the last program aims to support businesses in anticipating economic changes through innovative solutions in engineering and vocational training.

These measures will enable Mayotte to prepare for the economic challenges of tomorrow while supporting its local economic fabric.
