The Seychelles Petroleum Company Limited (SEYPEC) marks a significant milestone in its 40th anniversary celebrations. A delegation of long-time employees was received on March 27 at State House by President Wavel Ramkalawan.

This meeting underscores the central role of SEYPEC employees in the company’s success since its inception in 1985. The delegation, composed of 20 staff members, was accompanied by two iconic employees, Joe Louis Accouche and Janice Tirant, who embody commitment and longevity within the company. Their presence at this event symbolizes SEYPEC’s journey over the years and demonstrates the unwavering commitment of its employees to the company’s success.

During the visit, Sarah Romain, the company’s CEO, emphasized the importance of this meeting. The Head of State expressed his gratitude to the long-time employees, highlighting their continued dedication. Ramkalawan also discussed the importance of fostering the growth of the next generation to ensure SEYPEC’s sustainability and expansion.

Accompanied by key management figures, including Jennifer Morel, Chair of the Board of Directors, and Unice Romain, Director of Human Resources, the CEO emphasized that SEYPEC plays a key role in Seychelles’ energy strategy and economic development, thanks to its commitment to innovation and quality service.
