Florence Yana has been appointed Deputy General Manager of the Cameroonian branch of the Ivorian insurer NSIA. This lawyer was officially inaugurated into her position on January 6, 2025.

As Deputy General Manager of NSIA Non-Life Insurance Cameroon, Florence Yana will be responsible for revitalizing the operations of this subsidiary at the local level. In an ever-changing economic context, this specialist in tax law and business strategy must also consolidate NSIA Insurance’s presence in the Cameroonian market.

Florence Yana holds a master’s degree in business law from Paris 5 René Descartes University and has extensive knowledge in applied taxation. Her professional career is distinguished by strategic roles in various companies, both internationally and locally. Additionally, Florence has been a member of the Board of Directors of Allianz Jubilee in Burundi and played a crucial role at Sanlam Allianz, where she served as Director of Proprietary Network Distribution and Brokerage.

With a diverse career that has led her to work at Eurotunnel in France since 2001 and at Ernst & Young in Cameroon, Florence Yana has been recognized for her versatility as a lawyer, tax expert, and governance and commerce specialist.
