Aminatou Njikam has been appointed Deputy General Manager of Banque Atlantique Cameroon, overseeing operations. The financial institution confirmed this information on December 13, 2024. Her objective will be to maintain the institution’s continuous growth in the country.

The new appointee holds a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in Banking Management, providing her with nearly 15 years of experience in the banking sector. Before joining Banque Atlantique Cameroon, she worked as a commercial manager at NFC Bank Cameroon from 2009 to 2013 and UBA Cameroon from 2014 to 2019.

In 2019, she became the Head of the Public Sector at Banque Atlantique Cameroon and was later promoted to Director of the Public Sector in November 2021. She held this position until April 2023, when AFG Holding Group called her to lead the Directorate of Institutional and Large Corporate Clients in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.

In the Group, this position gave her a comprehensive view of the management and development of private and institutional sector clients. This role allowed the financial group to enhance its competencies in areas of expertise such as Cash Management and International Market Finance.
