Entrepreneurship Training Offered
The entrepreneurial spirit is nurtured from a young age. In line with this, the Ministry of Industrialization and Commerce (MIC) has incorporated entrepreneurship training into its regional policy.
In this initiative, 85 students from Rakotoarisoa High School in Ambositra, located in the Amoron’i Mania region, received training in entrepreneurship. During Career Orientation Day, held on October 19 in Anosindrafilo, the Fihavanana Manasoa association, led by President Hery Rakotomanana, brought together students from both public and private middle schools in Ambatondrazaka to introduce them to the various stages of the entrepreneurial journey.
Additionally, 53 teenagers from Itasy recently completed a program focused on the entrepreneurial mindset and personal development. If these pilot regions continue to yield positive results, this « new discipline » could be incorporated into the school curriculum, alongside subjects like geography, history, and mathematics.
