Helping participants develop their skills
A graduation ceremony was held in Ébène by the MCCI Business School to celebrate the first cohort of the « Innovation Imperative » program.
During the evening, around thirty executives and managers from local companies were honored, with the presence of the United States Ambassador to Mauritius, Henry Jardine. The MCCI Business School launched its inaugural program, « Innovation Imperative » in February in collaboration with the Stanford Center for Professional Development. Experts shared their experiences and innovative teaching approaches. This ten-week training program is the result of a partnership with the U.S. Embassy in Mauritius.
The program’s goal is to equip participants with the skills to foster innovation within their organizations. Senior executives and managers from major Mauritian companies were invited to join the « Innovation Imperative » program. Experts from the Stanford Center for Professional Development (SCPD) guided these professionals.
Participants had the opportunity to deepen their skills in innovation and leadership, which are essential for adapting to market changes and driving their companies’ growth. This training represents a significant step in creating an environment of innovation in Mauritius. According to the Director General of the MCCI Business School, it will enable professionals to contribute to the country’s growth by implementing innovative solutions.
